Blessing M Digital. South Africa.

Websites, brand, video and automation. Built end to end by one team.

For South African businesses that need the work built properly, not a presentation about it. You brief me, I do the work, and you own every file at the end. No account managers, no hand-offs, nobody to chase.

  • Scope and price in writing Agreed in full before any work starts. No open-ended invoices.
  • You own the files Editable source included, not only exports. The work is yours to change without me.
  • One person, start to finish Whoever quotes the job is the person who builds it. Nothing is subcontracted.
  • Fixed prices where they fit Published on the page. Project work is quoted properly, never guessed at.

Services

What do you need built?

Seven areas of work. Each page sets out what you get, how the work runs, what it costs and what moves the price.

  1. AI automation and chatbots

The repetitive work that eats a week. Customer questions answered, quotes and invoices moved between systems, and the admin nobody wants to do, running without a person in the middle. Built on the tools you already use, then handed over so you own it.

  2. Video and production

Long-form cut for whether people keep watching, company profile video for businesses, and property walkthroughs built from footage of the actual place. Finishing included: subtitles, graphics, colour and sound.

  3. Brand and design

The things a business prints, hands over, or puts on a screen. Fixed prices on the common items, published rather than quoted after you ask.

  4. Email, SEO and analytics

The audience you have already paid for, and the measurement that tells you what actually happened. Email sequences, search visibility and tracking set up so the numbers mean something. No guaranteed results, because nobody can guarantee them.

  5. Ecommerce and Shopify

Shops that sell. Store builds, product pages that answer the real objection, and digital products taken from a file on your computer to a working checkout.

  6. CVs and career documents

Documents a person is judged on before anyone meets them, built so the employer's software reads them in the order you wrote them.

  7. Strategy and consulting

The thinking before the building. Research, audits and direction, written down as a document you can act on with or without me. Usually the cheapest way to find out which problem you actually have.

Not sure which one your project sits in? That is a normal place to start. Describe the problem and I will tell you what it needs.

How I work

One person. Several disciplines.

Most businesses end up hiring a designer, a video editor, a developer and someone else to write the emails, then spend their own time translating between four people who have never spoken to each other. I do the work myself, so the brand, the site, the video and the writing are built by someone who has seen all four.

That has limits, and I would rather name them than let you find them. I take on a small number of projects at a time. If something falls outside what I actually do well, I will say so instead of learning on your budget.

Who I work with

  • Businesses

You need the brand, the site, the documents or the automation to match the quality of what you actually sell.

    • Websites and landing pages
    • AI chatbots and workflow automation
    • Brand identity and collateral
    • Company profiles
    • Email marketing and analytics
  • Creators

You need the editing and the finishing done properly, so that publishing consistently stops depending on how the week went.

    • Long-form video editing
    • Subtitles and motion graphics
    • Colour and audio finishing
    • Corporate and promotional video
  • Professionals

You need a document that reads properly and survives the software an employer puts it through first.

    • ATS-oriented CV design
    • Cover letters and references
    • Professional profiles
    • Or the ready-made CV system

How a project runs

  1. Discover

We talk about the business, who it is for, and what the work has to achieve. Usually one call.

  2. Define

Scope, deliverables, timeline and price, written down before anything starts. You approve it.

  3. Build

The actual work. You see progress as it happens rather than silence followed by a reveal.

  4. Refine

Revisions, with the number agreed up front so neither of us is guessing what is included.

  5. Hand over

Final files in the formats you need, plus whatever is required to use them without me.

Not every project uses all five. A single flyer does not need a discovery call. A brand system, a website and a launch do.

Start a project

Have a project in mind?

Tell me what you need, what it has to achieve and roughly when. You will get back a straight answer on whether I am the right person for it, what the work involves and what it costs.

  • Scope, deliverables and price agreed in writing before anything starts.
  • You own every working file at the end, including the editable source.
  • If I am not the right person for the job, I will say so and point you somewhere better.

Project enquiry

Enough to understand the project. It is not a long form.

A few sentences is enough. I will ask the follow-up questions.
