REFUND POLICY
Last updated: 18 September 2026
Blessing M Digital sells digital products that are delivered electronically. No physical products are posted or shipped.
This Refund Policy explains when refunds may be available for purchases made through blessingmdigital.co.za.
Nothing in this Refund Policy limits or excludes any consumer right or remedy that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded under applicable South African law.
-
DIGITAL PRODUCTS
Our products are digital products delivered electronically.
Depending on the product purchased, your order may include downloadable documents, templates, spreadsheets, guides, editable files or other digital materials.
Because digital products are delivered electronically, there is no physical item to return.
-
FAULTY, CORRUPTED OR INCOMPLETE FILES
If a digital product you purchased is faulty, corrupted, incomplete or materially different from the product description, please contact us.
Examples include:
• A file will not open.
• A file is corrupted.
• A file is incomplete.
• A promised file is missing.
• The files supplied are materially different from what was described on the product page.
• A technical problem prevents you from accessing the purchased files.
To request assistance, email:
Please include your order number and tell us which file is affected and what happened.
We may ask for reasonable information needed to identify the order or investigate the technical problem.
Where the product is confirmed to be faulty and a suitable replacement or correction cannot reasonably resolve the problem, we will provide a refund in accordance with applicable law.
-
CHANGED YOUR MIND
If you change your mind after purchasing a digital product, contact us at:
You may contact us within 7 days of your purchase and we will review your request and provide a clear response.
Because digital products may be delivered immediately and may be downloaded or accessed electronically, a physical return is generally not possible.
Refund requests based solely on a change of mind may therefore be assessed based on the circumstances of the purchase, whether the product has been accessed or downloaded, the nature of the digital product, and any rights that apply under South African law.
Nothing in this section is intended to exclude or restrict a statutory cooling-off right or other consumer right where that right legally applies.
-
APPLICATION AND JOB-SEARCH OUTCOMES
Our digital products may include CV templates, resume templates, job-search resources, guides and related materials.
These products provide tools and resources for preparing applications.
We do not guarantee:
• Employment.
• Interviews.
• Job offers.
• A specific salary.
• A specific application outcome.
• Acceptance by an employer.
• Any other employment result.
A refund is therefore not available solely because a customer did not obtain an interview, job offer or other desired employment outcome, subject to any rights provided by applicable law.
-
DUPLICATE PURCHASES
If you accidentally purchase the same digital product more than once, contact us at:
Please provide the relevant order numbers.
We will review duplicate purchases and may provide an appropriate refund where the circumstances support one.
-
PAYMENT ERRORS
If you believe you were charged incorrectly, charged more than once, or paid for an order that was not successfully processed, contact us as soon as reasonably possible at:
Please provide your order number and relevant payment information so that we can investigate the transaction.
-
REFUNDS FOR SERVICES
Where you purchase a service from Blessing M Digital, cancellation and refund terms may differ from those applicable to digital products.
Service deposits and upfront payments may be non-refundable to the extent permitted by applicable law, particularly where work has already started or costs have already been incurred.
Any specific service refund terms contained in a quotation, proposal, invoice, service agreement or applicable service page will also apply.
Where applicable South African law provides a consumer with a cancellation, cooling-off, refund or other statutory right, that right will apply.
-
HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND
To request a refund or report a faulty digital product, email:
Please include:
Order number
Name used when placing the order
Email address used for the order
Name of the product purchased
A brief description of the issue
Details of the specific file affected, where applicable
We may request additional information where reasonably necessary to verify the order or investigate the issue.
-
HOW APPROVED REFUNDS ARE PAID
Approved refunds will normally be returned through the original payment method used for the transaction.
For example, a payment made through a supported online payment provider will generally be refunded through the applicable payment channel.
Where an original payment method cannot receive the refund, we may contact you to arrange another lawful refund method.
After we process an approved refund, the time required for the funds to appear in your account depends on your bank, card issuer, payment provider or other financial institution.
-
REFUND PROCESSING
We will review refund requests and communicate the outcome to you.
Where a refund is legally required, we will process the refund within the period required by applicable law.
Where a refund is discretionary, the decision will be based on the circumstances of the request, the condition and accessibility of the purchased product, the nature of the transaction and any applicable legal requirements.
