Is this really made for South Africa?
Yes, and it is checkable. Every document is A4, not US Letter. Qualifications use NQF levels, National Senior Certificate and Matric. Phone numbers are +27. Worked examples use Rand figures and South African provinces and institutions.

Will someone write my CV for me?
No. You fill in your own details. This is a template and guidance system, not a writing service.
If you would rather someone else wrote it, a South African CV writing service will do that for a fee and it usually takes several days. That is a legitimate choice, and for some people the better one. The current price range for that is on the product page, with the sources it was checked against.
Why pay for this when there are free CV tools?
Free tools give you a CV. The A4 ATS-oriented CV template system gives you the system around it: two designs with matching cover letters and reference pages, 54 pages of guidance on wording and evidence, a pre-submission checklist, interview preparation, eight follow-up messages, and a tracker for 100 applications.
If all you need is one document today, a free builder may genuinely be enough. If you are applying repeatedly and want a process you can reuse for every role, that is what this is.
Will it get past ATS screening?
No template from any seller can promise that, and anyone who does is guessing. South African employers run many different applicant tracking systems, each configured differently by the employer.
What can be stated is what was actually checked. All six Word templates were inspected at file level and contain no tables, no text boxes, no images and nothing in the header or footer. Single column, standard headings, standard fonts. Each was copied into a plain text editor and every section came out complete and in the order it was written.
That removes several of the formatting problems that commonly break parsing. It does not control what any individual employer's system does with your file, and it does not replace tailoring the wording to the job you are applying for.
Do I need Microsoft Word? Can I do this on my phone?
You do not need Word. Every file opens in Google Docs, which is free, and in LibreOffice. Word gives the most reliable result but is not required. Opening a Word file in a different editor can shift spacing slightly, so check the layout before you send it.
A computer is strongly recommended. Editing a Word document on a phone is possible but genuinely frustrating, and this is the single most common reason someone regrets the purchase.
If a phone is all you have: download the files on the phone, send them to Google Drive or email them to yourself, then edit in Google Docs. Export in whichever format the employer or the application portal asks for, which is usually PDF but is sometimes Word.
How do I get the files?
As a download after payment, sent to the email address you use at checkout. Nothing is posted and no delivery address is needed. Checkout still asks for a billing address, because card payments require one.
All sixteen files together are 0.67 MB, smaller than one phone photo. Save them somewhere permanent as soon as they arrive, then follow the start here guide, which sets out the order to open them in.
Can I get a refund?
If a file is faulty, will not open, or is not what was described, you get a full refund. If you change your mind, contact support within 7 days and you will get a straight answer from a person.
