LEGAL NOTICE AND ONLINE-STORE INFORMATION

For questions about an order, product, payment, download or complaint, contact us using the email address above. Please include your order number if your enquiry concerns a purchase. Do not send payment-card details by email.

2. WHAT WE SELL

Blessing M Digital sells digital products and offers creative and digital services. Each product page describes what that product includes. For a custom service, the scope, deliverables and price are agreed in writing before work starts.

The South African CV & Job-Search System is a self-service digital product. It contains 16 downloadable files: six editable Word documents, nine PDF guides and one application tracker. It is not a CV-writing service, and buying it does not guarantee an interview or a job.

3. PRICES AND PAYMENT

Product prices are displayed on the relevant product pages. The South African CV & Job-Search System is currently advertised at R149 as a once-off purchase, not a subscription. The price and any applicable additional charges shown at checkout should be reviewed before payment. The amount displayed at checkout is the amount you are asked to authorise for that order.

Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Payments may be processed by independent payment providers. Their terms and privacy notices may apply when you choose their payment method.

The Terms of Service currently state that Blessing M Digital is not registered for VAT and does not charge VAT. If that status changes, the store’s pricing and terms should be updated accordingly.

4. ORDER REVIEW AND RECORDS

Before paying, check the product, quantity, total amount, email address and billing details shown during checkout. Use the available checkout controls to correct an error or leave checkout before submitting payment.

Keep your order confirmation and payment record. If you need help locating information about a transaction, email hello@blessingmdigital.co.za with your order number and the email address used for the order.

5. DELIVERY OF DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Digital products are supplied electronically; no physical product is shipped. The CV & Job-Search System product page says its files are supplied as a download after checkout and successful payment.

If you have paid but cannot access the download, a promised file is missing, or a file does not open, email hello@blessingmdigital.co.za with your order number and a description of the problem. We will investigate and respond in line with the Refund Policy and applicable South African law.

Delivery dates and deliverables for custom services are set out in the applicable written quotation, proposal, invoice or agreement.

6. TERMS, REFUNDS AND CONSUMER RIGHTS

These policies must be read with any rights you have under applicable South African law. Nothing in this notice is intended to exclude a consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded. Whether a cancellation or cooling-off right applies depends on the particular transaction and the law; a product being digital does not, by itself, answer that question.

7. PRIVACY AND PAYMENT INFORMATION

The store operates on Shopify. The payment provider selected at checkout may process payment and transaction information under its own terms and privacy notice. Please use the checkout provided on the website rather than sending payment details by email.

8. COMPLAINTS

For a complaint about a product, service, payment, delivery or refund, email hello@blessingmdigital.co.za. State what happened, what outcome you are requesting and, if you placed an order, its order number. We will investigate the matter and respond. This process does not prevent you from using any remedy available under South African law.
