Email Marketing, SEO and Analytics

Home / Services / Email, SEO and analytics

Email that gets opened, search visibility that compounds, and measurement that tells you the truth about what happened.

Read this before anything else on the page. Nobody can guarantee a marketing result, and anyone who does is either guessing or lying. What I can commit to is the work: research before the writing, sequences and pages built properly, tracking that reports honestly, and numbers you can check yourself inside your own accounts. The outcome depends on your offer, your price and your market, and most of those are not mine to change.

Who this is for

Businesses with something that already sells, who want more of it from the audience they have already paid for. Most small businesses have a list they have never written to, a website search engines cannot read properly, and analytics nobody trusts. Those three are cheaper to fix than to replace with new traffic.

What I do

  • Email marketingWelcome sequences, campaigns, abandoned-cart and post-purchase flows. Written for people who already gave you their address, which is the traffic you have paid for and not finished using.
  • Search visibilityOn-page structure, headings, internal linking, structured data and the technical work that decides whether a search engine can read a page at all. Built to be checked, not claimed.
  • Analytics and measurementTracking set up so the numbers mean something: what counts as a conversion, where it fires, and what it is worth. Most accounts I open are measuring the wrong event or measuring it twice.
  • Audience and offer researchWho is being spoken to, what they already believe, and what would make them act. Before the writing, not after it underperforms.
  • Landing pagesSingle-purpose pages for a launch or a campaign, built to match the message that brought the visitor there.
  • ReportingA monthly report in plain language, with the numbers attached and the things that did not work included.

How the thinking works

Marketing copy cannot manufacture demand. It can only take a desire that already exists and point it at a specific product. So the first question is never “what should the email say”, it is “what does this audience already want badly enough to act on, and what do they currently believe about the options.” The writing is the last thing done, not the first.

That is also why research and execution are not separated here. Handing a brief to someone who was not in the research conversation is how you get technically competent work that says the wrong thing to the right people.

What it costs

Priced per project, or per month against an agreed scope. What moves the number:

  • How many sequences or pages, and whether copy exists already or is being written from nothing
  • Whether tracking works today or has to be rebuilt
  • Whether the site is technically healthy or needs structural work before search visibility moves
  • How clean your list is, and whether it was collected in a way that lets you legally write to it
  • How often you want reporting

I will not publish a monthly figure here. A single number would be wrong for almost everyone reading it. Describe the business and you will get a real quote in writing.

What I will tell you honestly

  • I do not run social media accounts, and I do not run paid social campaigns. If that is what you need, I am not the right supplier and I will say so on the first call rather than take the budget
  • If the problem is the offer or the price rather than the marketing, I will say that too
  • If something is not working, you will hear it from me in the report, not discover it in your bank statement
  • You own the accounts, the tracking and the data. Always. If we stop working together you keep all of it

Evidence

The clearest thing I can show you is the store you are reading. I built it: the theme, the templates, the structured data, the internal linking, the page speed work and the accessibility fixes. Open the product page and view the source. The schema, the heading order and the way the price renders from one place rather than being typed into the copy are all inspectable right now.

That last one matters more than it sounds: this store's price changed twice during development, and every page with a number typed into it silently started lying. Measurement work is mostly that problem, repeated.

On client work I hold a 100% Job Success Score on Upwork with the Rising Talent badge. I am not going to put a return-on-investment figure on this page, because I do not have a client campaign whose numbers I am free to publish, and inventing one would be the exact behaviour this page is arguing against.

How it starts

Tell me what you sell, what it costs, and what a customer is worth to you. If you have an existing list or analytics account, twenty minutes of read access tells me more than an hour of conversation.
